Le Salon
Le Salon Pilates
“The art of movement, perfected.”
A members-only reformer atelier where clients come not just to exercise, but to experience a ritual of elegance, posture, and self-care.
More Than a Pilates Studio
Le Salon Pilates was conceived as an intimate retreat from the pace of everyday life — a place where physical practice meets the sensory pleasures of architecture and interior design.
Natural light, reflective surfaces, warm wood, sculptural forms, and carefully framed views create an environment that invites a slower, more intentional rhythm. The reformers sit within an interior that feels closer to a private Parisian salon than a conventional fitness studio.
Here, the surroundings are not simply a backdrop to movement. They contribute to the atmosphere of each session, encouraging focus, presence, and a deeper connection between body and mind.
Every visit becomes a small ritual: an opportunity to pause, realign, and experience the everyday through a more considered lens.
Manifesto — The Art of Movement
We believe movement is more than exercise.
It is an expression of grace, discipline, and self-respect.
Our studio is inspired by the timeless elegance of Versailles — not to recreate the past,
but to reinterpret its beauty for modern life.
Here, Pilates becomes a ritual.
A moment to slow down, reconnect, and refine.
Every movement is intentional.
Every detail is considered.
Every client is welcomed into an environment where strength meets elegance.
We believe exclusivity is not about excess.
It is about space, attention, quality, and belonging.
This is Pilates elevated, This is movement as an art.
A Palette of Quiet Opulence
The colour palette takes inspiration from the faded beauty of French interiors: powder blues, dusty rose, warm ivory, muted greens, and soft antique gold.
Rather than relying on polished luxury, the design celebrates patina, texture, and the beauty of imperfection. Weathered finishes, delicate decorative details, and layered surfaces create a sense of history, giving the space the warmth of an interior that has evolved over time.
Blue introduces a distinctive architectural accent, while blush tones soften the composition. Ivory provides a luminous backdrop, allowing the sculptural details and golden elements to stand out without overwhelming the room.
Together, these materials and colours establish a visual identity that feels romantic yet restrained, expressive yet harmonious.
Designing Around Movement
The spatial planning was guided by the relationship between circulation, functionality, and atmosphere. The layout accommodates the practical requirements of reformer Pilates while preserving a sense of openness, visual balance, and intimacy.
Each area was considered in relation to the movement taking place within it, ensuring that the equipment integrates naturally into the interior rather than dictating its character.
The architectural composition balances clear functional zones with carefully curated visual moments. Mirrors expand the perception of space, decorative elements establish a sense of identity, and the selection of finishes brings continuity throughout the studio.
The challenge was to create an environment that meets the demands of a contemporary wellness practice without losing the character, elegance, and individuality of a Parisian interior.
